Reservation policies

Prices in Mexican Pesos (MXN) per hotel room per night based on single or double occupancy plus 20% taxes.
Price per extra person: $150 MXN plus taxes per night.

Maximum occupation: 4 persons in rooms with 2 beds and 2 persons in rooms with 1 bed.

Children from 1 to 6 years sharing a room with adults without additional costs.
Your reservation will be processed and your card will be used as a warranty of reservation subject to the cancellation policy of each season.

It's necessary that the cardholder presents the credit card and an official identification document at the Check-in desk.
All cancellations must be made online at the reservations system and are subject to the policies and cancellation deadlines for each season. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Check-in time 3:00 pm - Check-out time 12:00. It is not allowed to bring pets.
